Return and Refund Policy – VS Technologies

Thank you for choosing VS Technologies for your door and panel requirements. We are committed to providing premium, safety-compliant products. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the product meets the conditions below.

2. Product Condition

• The product is unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
• It is returned in its original packaging with all manuals, accessories, and components intact.
• It has not been modified, altered, or damaged after delivery.

3. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

• Damaged or Defective Products – If the product is damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect.
• Incorrect Product Delivered – If the product received does not match your order specifications.

To be eligible for a return:

• You must report the issue within 14 days of receiving the product.
• You must provide clear photos/videos showing the issue along with proof of purchase.
• The product must be unused and uninstalled.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

• Provide your order number, description of the issue, and photos/videos.

Once we verify your claim:

• For damaged or defective items, we will arrange return pickup and cover return shipping.
• For other eligible returns, customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

5. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned product.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
• If the product fails inspection, the return will be rejected, and the item will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

6. Restocking Fee & Shipping

• A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns unless the return is due to our error or product damage during shipping.
• For non-defective returns, shipping charges (both ways) are the customer’s responsibility.

7. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Products

• Customized, made-to-order, or special-order products (including doors with specific dimensions, finishes, or features).
• Products that have been installed, used, or modified.
• Clearance and discounted items.

8. Buyer’s Responsibility

• Ensure product specifications (size, material, features) match your requirement before placing an order.
• We are not responsible for returns due to incorrect measurements or change of mind.
